Return & Replacement

We want you to love your Bate Eco-Goods purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Policy

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • Non-returnable items: Custom/personalized orders, gift cards, and items marked "final sale".
  • Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item).

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at returns@bateecogoods.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a return authorization and shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the given address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Replacement / Exchange

If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Exchanges for size/color preference are processed as a return and new purchase (subject to availability).

Refund Timelines

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After that, if the order has been processed, it will be treated as a standard return.
